Lo spazio, nato dalla rigenerazione di una sala dismessa della scuola Enaip di Feltre, sarà gestito nelle attività di bar e ristorazione direttamente dai giovani studenti dei percorsi formativi a qualifica triennale e quadriennale di “Operatore della ristorazione: indirizzo cucina e indirizzo sala e bar”. All’interno del caffè anche un angolo di book crossing per lo scambio e la lettura dei libri e la possibilità di ospitare, corsi, mostre di fotografie, quadri e altre opere d’arte.
