The introductory day on the knowledge, collection, and use of wild herbs is back.
The course will be offered on three different dates: Saturday, April 5th, Saturday, April 26th, and Thursday, May 1st.
We will be guided by Irene De Pellegrin, who will accompany us through fields and woods, identifying and collecting both well-known and lesser-known herbs that you will then be able to take home and use in your dishes.
At the end of the morning, lunch is scheduled at the agriturismo, where you will find the same wild herbs that you have recognized on your plate. It’s a very hands-on experience that will leave a lasting impression and, with some deepening and attention, will make you independent.
A true zero-kilometer day.
You can choose to either do just the excursion and course for €25, just the lunch for €35, or both the excursion and lunch for €55 (drinks excluded).

The event will take place with a minimum number of participants and may be canceled or rescheduled later in case of unfavorable weather conditions.
