The Mulattiera delle Creste starts from the large parking lot of the restaurant "La Casera" (q.1399), where one can enjoy a truly magnificent view.
You ascend the slope, with the aqueduct on the right, and continue up to an altitude of 1545 where the old skilift was (Faverghèra 2, some remnants). You descend slightly towards the casera (old Malga Faverghèra with refreshment options). On the right, there's a path that gently climbs to the Faverghèra Dolomiti UNESCO panoramic balcony (q.1550). A few meters before, you can catch a glimpse of a small cave, called Giazèra di Faverghèra (q.1540), which is an old storage for dairy products.
Shortly after a few meters, there is the entrance to the Botanical Garden of the Eastern Prealps "Francesco Caldart”. Ascend along the mule track to the chairlift arrival and pass near the former hut Brigata Alpina Cadore.
After a slight descent, you see the ARPAV weather station on the left.
Continuing on the right and crossing the Brigata Cadore ski slope, you reach the Rifugio Angelo Bristòt.
The mule track continues south, with the large pit known as "Busa de Canp" visible on the right, until the intersection with the path that ascends the Busa. You proceed to a small, old spring destroyed during road construction, and to the north you notice a second large pit called "Coro Pìciol", while on the right is "al Palonét", a ridge that divides two large “glacial cirques”.
You pass under the Col dei Gai, with a view of Coro Grande or Fossa Grande on the right, up to the small pass and then the final ramp to Col Visentìn (q.1763) or follow the road to conclude with a loop.
