L'edificio si trova all'interno del Centro Papa Luciani. Sulla collina a nord del Centro c’era un tempo una stalla. Dopo la ristrutturazione del 2006, è diventata l’Oasi Bethlehem, una struttura per gruppi in autogestione, che può accogliere fino a 67 persone. La “zona notte” si compone di sei cameroni con letti a castello, cui si aggiunge una piccola camera per tre persone. La “zona giorno” comprende un capiente salone-refettorio, una cucina professionale, una mansarda con una zona preghiera e, con ingresso separato, un altro grande salone da 80 posti a sedere. All’esterno non manca lo spazio: un grande prato è a disposizione dei gruppi ospiti, con una parte adibita a campo da calcio. D’estate il soggiorno va da domenica a domenica, nel resto dell’anno non c’è una durata minima del soggiorno. Sulla collina retrostante alla struttura si trovano spazi adatti ad ospitare campeggi con tende anche grazie all’allacciamento alla rete idrica ed elettrica.
