E’ sempre stata ambizione della famiglia Cipriani presentare ai propri clienti la vera cucina dell’Alpago, anche perchè i prodotti di qualità non mancano proprio. I fagioli e le patate dell’Alpago sono buonissimi, l’agnello è addirittura protetto da Slow food, i formaggi sono stupendi, basta pensare che siamo sopra i mille metri e il formaggio è prodotto col latte delle mucche che pascolano anche più in alto. Poi c’è la selvaggina, il capriolo, il cervo, il daino e i profumatissimi funghi raccolti da Renzo capaci di richiamare buongustai anche da molto lontano.
