Show and awards ceremony for the initiative “Peace Poster”
For over three decades, Lions Clubs around the world have proposed an initiative in schools and youth organizations that engages young people in creating posters dedicated to peace: an opportunity to promote and spread a culture of peace among the youth through art and creativity.
This year, the Lions Club Caorle, together with the Lions Club “Liquentia” San Stino di Livenza, involved 5 secondary schools from Caorle, S. Stino, Torre di Mosto, Ceggia, and La Salute di Livenza, totaling 270 students from the third classes.
The posters created by the participants will be displayed at the Civic Center of Caorle from Friday, April 4, to Sunday, April 6, from 10 AM to 12 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6 PM, with free admission.
On Sunday, April 6, at 10 AM, the awards ceremony for the competition will take place at the Civic Center in Piazza Vescovado in Caorle.
